I.- PRICE

Our prices include graphic design, photographs, printing, binding and delivery on the terms below.

Graphic design:
You choose the template from those we offer you. In it we will place the photos you specify, your logo and the details you provide us with, and we will make up a customised design with the background, language, holiday, phases and other details of your choice.
PS : On the last page of your calendar we'll print www.AdCalendars.co.uk in a very small size. If you don't want it to appear, please tell us and we'll remove it.

Photos:
You can send us your photos, choose from one of our themed collections or choose a different photo for each month from over 1,900,000 images available in our image bank.

Printing:
One or two sides, depending on the model. On top-quality glossy coated paper. Latest-generation digital printing process.

Binding:

In models which require it. “Wire-o” spiral binding in the same colour as the calendar background (black or white). Wall models include a hanger and a crescent-shaped cut for easy hanging.

Transport:
We deliver your calendars anywhere in England, Wales, Scoland and Ireland. For delivery to other destination, please contact us and we will be happy to arrange delivery and provide a quote.

Our prices DON'T INCLUDE
- Special modifications to our design templates, but you can ask for a quote if you wish.
- Image editing (photomontages, colour retouching, etc.), but you can ask for a quote if you wish.

II.- METHODS OF PAYMENT

a) Credit card or PayPal : The payment process uses the payment module of La Caixa. To make your payment you will be redirected to La caixa website in order to complete the transaction with the maximum guarantees and security
b) Bank transfer : You will receive an e-mail with the invoice and the current account to make the payment.

III.- DELIVERY TIME

Delivery time is counted from such time as we know you have made the payment and sent us all the material we need to proceed with design

If you send us proof of payment the process will be shorter

The production process involves two different phases :

1) Design: as soon as we verify payment for the order and you have sent us all the material we need for the design, we will e-mail your customised design to you in PDF format within 48 hours (excluding holidays). If you wish to make any corrections to the design we send you, you need to tell us in writing, according to the instructions you will find in our e-mail.

2) Production: Once you receive the design and it is correct you need to give your approval according to the procedure.

After receiving your approval we will take between 10 and 12 working days to produce your calendars, depending on the model you choose and the quantity to be printed.

Please enquire about your specific case if you are not sure.

IV.- SPECIAL CONDITIONS

a) Make sure of the quality of the files you send us. Photos must be of a high enough resolution and the logo should preferably be in vector graphic format (Corel, Illustrator, Freehand, etc.). We will tell you if we find any problems, but in any case you are ultimately responsible for the quality of the material you provide us with, and for any printing defects which may rise due to this. If you have any queries please consult our experts.

b) ) Reviewing the design: before printing we will e-mail you a proof version of your order in PDF format. Please print it out and check it carefully (especially the details you sent us). We will make any corrections which may be necessary, but once you have approved it using the procedure laid down, we can take no responsibility for any errors detected subsequently.

c) Colour: our digital printing system prints in CMYK using the ISO coated profile. Our equipment is recalibrated on a weekly basis using an X-Rite profile system to ensure colour consistency. If your printer does not print to this standard, considerable colour variations may appear.

V.- Conditions of Contract

As this is a 100% customised product which is only of use to you, we cannot accept any termination of the contract once you have placed your order.

For the same reason, neither can we accept returns or cancellations of any kind once delivery has been made.br />
